Salon Policy
Prices shown are starting prices:
Prices may vary by individual application, and are subject to change without notice. We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis. All services are final, no refund or exchange but we offer to redo. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
Salon Redo:
If a client isn’t happy with your hair, we offer a redo in place. You should notify the salon within a specific amount of time and have options for rescheduling an appointment. Often, clients will want to visit the same stylists.
Cancellation and no show required:
we will require a deposit of 50% of your expected service charges to secure your appointment. If you cancel more than 12 hours before your appointment time, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel with less than 6 hours' notice or are a no-show, your deposit is non-refundable. Changes or cancellations must be done by calling the salon at 202-728-1055.
Cash & Venmo tips are preferred:
Tips on credit cards must be added before the transaction is processed.

We accept payments in Cash, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
